By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final unless eligibility requirements outlined in this policy are met.

We offer a 30-Day ROI Guarantee to customers who properly implement and use the system as instructed.

If you fully implement the Product and do not achieve a positive return on investment (ROI) within 30 days, you may request:

3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund and guarantee payment, customers must complete ALL of the following during the 30-day evaluation period:

Customer must:

Create and maintain an active Go High Level account

Install and activate the provided automation bundle

Properly configure workflows and automations

Add service offerings and pricing catalog

Connect required communication channels and social media accounts

Test the system to confirm proper functionality


Advertising Requirements

Because results depend on incoming leads, customers must:

Run paid advertisements continuously for 30 consecutive days

Maintain a minimum advertising spend of $45 per day

Keep advertisements active without interruption

Maintain advertising accounts in good standing

If ads pause, are rejected, disabled, restricted, or stopped for any reason, eligibility for the guarantee is void.


Account & Usage Requirements

Customers must:

Follow setup instructions provided in the Product

Use the automation as intended

Maintain active integrations during the entire evaluation period

Respond to incoming leads or appointments within a reasonable timeframe

Maintain valid payment methods and active accounts


4. Definition of ROI

For purposes of this guarantee:

ROI (Return on Investment) means revenue generated from customers acquired through the automation system exceeds the purchase price of the Product.

Advertising costs are not included in ROI calculations.


5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under the guarantee, customers must:

Submit a written request within 7 days after the 30-day evaluation period ends.

Provide verification including:

Advertising spend records

Campaign activity screenshots

System setup confirmation

Lead and conversation history

Failure to provide requested verification may result in denial of the refund.


6. Non-Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

Setup instructions were not followed

Required integrations were not completed

Advertisements were paused or below minimum spend

Accounts were suspended or not in good standing

The system was modified in a way that prevented normal operation

Required proof cannot be provided

The Product was not actively used


7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

This guarantee is intended for customers who make a genuine effort to implement the system.

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, misuse, or fraudulent claims.

Limit of one guarantee claim per business or entity.


8. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Guarantee payments (if applicable) will be issued after verification is completed.


9. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact support prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Failure to follow this process may result in denial of future services or access.
